I need car help please.
I have a 2012 Mazda 3 that has been very reliable, but last week the AT light came on a couple of times for a few seconds. Each time, the car would jerk backwards a tiny bit and made a loud noise.

Took it to the mechanic, he fixed a long list of things (it was due for a service anyways) and said it was all sorted. IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN. It’s scary. I’m taking it back to the mechanic but if you have any suggestions on what he might need to fix so I don’t get ripped off pls share. He’s already charged me $1300 and I reckon the car wouldn’t be worth much more than that.

I really just need it to get through until about feb and then I’m happy to get rid of it 😭

Your prob getting rolled.

Because you are a woman's ..

Like on a trade in I reckon it'd get about $4k which makes $1200 plus another whatever amount completely not worth it. It's done over 200k km. I don't have the energy for a private sale.
Trade in won’t even test drive it. Try and get it to Feb and trade it!

Do any of you travel for work often?

I’ve just moved into a national role and the guy I’m travelling with at the moment keeps wanting to book dinners with clients/stakeholders while we are away.

I’ve told him I HAVE to train as I’m a few weeks from competition so to book anything for during the work day and not after as ill be busy for 2-3 hours after work.

Is it just an expectation that if you travel for work that you will catch up with stakeholders after work? When I’m not travelling with someone to learn I can 100% confirm I won’t be doing that.

I think it's pretty standard, especially in a national role. That's been my experience in the past anyway - a dinner each night.

Does anyone else has a small tingly sensation on their face- mine is about the size of a five cent piece and is right between by eyes above my nose.

Apparently its related to allergies, but it drives me ****ing insane. Its like an itch you cannot scratch.
Shingles?

I get a similar sensation on the roof of my mouth due to allergies. Itchy, but you can't really get at it.
