Youd be surprised.
If it didn’t have a pool, any house we bought needed clear easy access and room for one and be 75k less than any equivalent to cover one plus landscaping etc

Subject to building&pest and finance and successful settlement of my own house. The first two of these should be sorted in next week or so.

Obviously never had one and the maintenance that goes with it. We had one when I was a kid and when we moved from that place my dad said never again.

Pools are not worth the money in a Melbournian climate.

Expensive to install, and then running costs/maintenance.

Our last house had a pool but this one doesn't. They're good if you entertain a bit or have kids. The people on each side of us and over the back have pools but not us. There's room for one if we wanted it but we don't miss the work

I switched shampoo to a keratin treatment and it's working wonders. Have had lots of compliments on my hair and someone thought I was only 27 the other day no need for botox yet

Was a bit down today. No particular reason. Had a quiet day to myself.

But did a bunch of housework, walked dogs in nearby forest, cleaned all my bedding for a comfy bed later and cooked myself a steak with a little Cab/Sav from home.

Ill have to remove the 32 half eaten Chuppa Chupps that my youngest seems to be hoarding like some weirdo. I didnt realise they were a 3 course meal now. And give it a general tidy up to bring it up to standard. A sneaky butter container to really be a lame flog

Ive been through this and explained it but it falls on deaf ears. He cant even finish 1 chocolate and banana evidently so cola would be a challenge. Much like opening the ****ers these days. Or is that just me?
