Digging country music is nothing to be ashamed of. This year, I went to the Grand Old Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, The George Jones Museum, The Johnny Cash Museum and Tootsies honky tonk bar.
In recent years, I've seen Emmylou Harris, Emmylou with Rodney Crowell, Kris Kristofferson, Dolly Parton and to top it all, Gillian Welch which was spine tinglingly brilliant. Got tickets to The Dixie Chicks for next year.

Yeah, Yanks often have trouble hearing accents other than theirs.
I can't comprehend anyone who likes country music
I had to speak so slowly and carefully over there, sometimes I even put on an American accent cause it was easier.
I'm sure there's some forms of it that are ok, but the pop country stuff is just shite. One thing I will say is that Keith Urban really can play guitar, his songs are pretty ordinary though.
