2024 rebel VFLW List Update - February

A list update for every rebel VFLW club ahead of the 2024 season.

Biggest change is the loss of Akayla Peterson, one of the winners who shared the Lambert-Pearce overall VFLW B&F last year, who appears to be moving to Qld with Southport. Drew Ryan also confirmed departed.

Amanda Tessari was confirmed by Box Hill via their instagram as re-signed only on the 31st Jan, likewise Woodford on Feb 9 so something may be going on there.

Latest update - interesting that Peterson is now said to be departing to Collingwood VFLW (along with Campbell and Fosbrooke), though Pies' seem to have had their own problems this season replacing essentially their entire list.

to be technical, it's a Box Hill (rather than VFLW) debut for Wales, West, Sherriff (all of whom have played for Casey funnily enough).

It is a VERY strong side this week. We will have match recaps on the pod (either podcast or socials) and if you're interested, I interviewed the coach on the podcast which is live if people want some listening

Just from what I saw in the practice matches, she was absolutely elite.
Could've been one of those that is just overlooked (lord knows there's plenty who've never made the cut at afl level in the mens who were elite at vfl level)
