Personally, i feel a bit sad for him. I didnt want him turning out to be star, but i hate seeing players careers going down the toilet due to injury and i think it may be heading that way for him. Weve had our fair share of those.

Am i being too nice here?

no i agree. i didnt want him to be completely ruined by injuries. all i wanted was for suban to be a star and for us to clearly win out of the deal.... which i think no matter what happens from here we will be the clear winners.... imagine if bucovaz turns out ;)... anyhow i dont think your being too nice.

KPR tsk tsk! :D

I maybe just a little bit one eyed here and immature but I'd be quite happy if he never played another senior game, I dont wish him harm tho.

Once they leave the purple they can fry in hell for all I care.

lol, in all seriousness though, hardie did say that last night, i was trying to be diplomatic in order to avoid another red card. they dont like me on that board.

lol fry in hell hey? dont beat around the bush FS... tell us what you REALLY think ;)

I don't do the celebrate injury thang ...I hope any player gets to play to their ability.

The only thing is if we could forsee that his body wasn't ready for the workload that comes with the mantle of being a number one ruck - perhaps his manager should of too.

Hate to see players crippled by injury, however it is always nice to have a big belly laugh over Carlton's decisions coming back to haunt them.

Now their only ruck options are Kruezer and Hampson thanks to them delisting Cloke, and those two are sort of required up forward thanks to them trading Kennedy and Fevola.

Can you smell what the Blues are cooking? I can, and it smells like a 12th place finish on the ladder :)

It seems his body isn't even capable of handling the workload of one training session, let alone the number 1 ruck role.

I can't deny news like this makes me smile - not so much because of Robbie himself, but because the trade is turning out to be a brilliant piece of karmic revenge for the way all the arrogant Blues fans on here were acting during that trade week.

(I'll try not to smile too much though or I'll probably end up with my own karma problems)

I'm sorry to hear that, as some others pointed out, I don't like seeing any player's career done by injuries either. But, karma is a bitch sometimes and I'll just say good riddance and thank god we don't have to deal with his injuries anymore.

I feel for the guy...He wanted to go home and we can't really fault him for that considering the players we have enticed home.

That said it brings a smile to my face when I look at it from a Carlton perspective, bent us over and so have gotten nothing out of it. While we recieved a midfield gun and the cherry on top is that their prized recruit Yarran isn't looking too good either.

Blues moved up dislike list, Port and Eagles are at the top but they are certainly in the top 8...Not looking like a flag threat either helps.

Good on you guys, Suban looks like a gun. Warnock can't get onto the park, i know who i think got the better end of the deal. Anytime i see Carltank losing/having people injured it brings a smile to my face..
