Has anyone else seen Ollie Lord’s Instagram photos from the boys’ trip to Bali last year? In one, he’s standing next to Sam Hayes who’s holding a cigarette. In another, Dylan Williams and Zak Butters are tagged with Dylan sitting at a table with an ash tray full of cigarette butts.

Now, it may have just been on the boys’ off-season (and it may have been the norm for footballers in the 80s to smoke), but the last thing Sammy needs is to be breathing in any tobacco smoke. He looks bloody puffed out there and not covering ground particularly well. His fitness really isn’t up to the required level unfortunately.

Its fair to say it doesn't help lol. If that's reflective of his professionalism it isn't surprising he is on the outer

We were in cruise control, blazing away going forward. Playing circle work footy, they have a few clean entries and suddenly there's some momentum and pressure on.

Main issue was MacCallum's match up. He conceded 3 goals.

Yeah I suspect this new 5g internet I’ve been given at the new place I moved is crap, but I don’t understand why the Speedtest shows it’s speed is the fastest I’ve ever had but the results on screen are the worst I’ve seen in years.
