For the Carlton and Collingwood enthusiasts here. I’d like to see an attempt at a combined 22

There are two versions
1. The team picked to win a Home and Away game which has 11 players from each team
2. The team picked to win a Big Final (Prelim or Grand Final) which contains 20 Collingwood players and 2 Carlton Players.

If I was given both Carlton and Collingwood's lists and told to pick my best team at round 1 2025 it'd be this:

B: Perryman Weitering Maynard
HB: Houston Moore Howe
C: J Daicos Cripps Crisp
HF: Elliot Curnow Degoey
FF: TDK McKay Hill
R: Cameron, Naicos, Walsh
I: Pendlebury, Sidebottom, kemp, McReery
Sub: Hoskin Elliot

Tried to be as unbiased as possible. This is based on who I think are the best players available for each position. Went for WHE ahead of Acres as sub because of versatility.
Howe and Perryman aren’t making an onfield side, Saad and Newman ahead.

Acres ahead of Crisp onfield.

Some odd calls with that bench.
Saad Weitering Maynard
Newman Moore Houston
J.Daicos Cripps Acres
Elliot Curnow Degoey
TDK Mckay Hill
Cameron Naicos Walsh

Crisp, Cerra, E.Hollands, Pendlebury

Docherty/Quaynor

Sorry but shit trucks like McReery and Hoskin Elliot are not getting games in a combined 23, they're lucky they get games in a regular b23 sometimes.

Sidebottom a few years back sure, but he's fallen miles off his best now and will almost certainly continue to decline with age.

Howe the same. He's on par with M.McGovern these days which says it all really. Just another cooked Pie.
Interesting sides.

Think Walshy is spot on here.

Jordan De Goey has kicked more finals goals than Sam Walsh has kicked goals in his last 65 games. That is insane. In fact De Goey has kicked as many goals in Grand Finals as Walsh has in his last 21 games.
I'm not sure what your point is here. Walsh has accumulated more Brownlow votes over the past 4 years than Degoey has for his entire career.
This is an easy game to play, comparing stats
