My middle son made his senior debut for Narrandera eagles as a 16yo yesterday. A very special highlight was having his jumper presented by former Narrandera coach and hawthorn’s first indigenous player Percy Cummings who played 5 games for the hawks across 1964/65.
Unfortunately things went downhill from there with the lads copping a 20 goal hiding…
