Opinion 2015 Starting 22 for Round 1

I think Knights could be huge for us this year.
If he can kick 25-35 goals its a massive win.

On paper, looks good. But most other teams have improved as well so... We need /considerable/ natural improvement across the board if we are to make the 8 this year. Time will tell.

Agree. We always seem to have an abundance of depth at this stage of the year too until injuries strike, players under perform etc. We will know we are pushing for the top 4 when there are multiple players killing it in the reserves but still can not force there way into the main side.

Id like to see Grimes in the back pocket and Batchelor on the HBF.
IMO Grimes's kicking isn't as good as Batchelor's.

Still think Morris should play back, go back to the basics and just shut down his man, he's good at that. Expect Chaplin to get first dibs as the third tall back over Grimes. Vlastuin on a HBF as rumoured. I'm a big Knights fan, think he has a lot to offer if he is fit on a forward flank. Think we can make 3 talls work if Griff plays up the ground, which by the recent video on the site it seems he is gearing up to do. Griff up the ground, Vickery at FF and Jack roaming the 50 is a good set up. Really Like McDonough as a small foward played very well there in the VFL last season, hope he has a good NAB and is given a crack there, very dangerous. I'm expecting Hunt to play, we recruited him for a reason, probably as a defensive midfielder/backman. Petterd flies under the radar but was deservingly best 22 last year and I see no reason why that should change to start with.

Agree, you'd love him to play at his best which is def best 22. But if they're lined up against the fence at lunchtime you could not squeeze him in.
