If I was Goodes, I would go tell you to go heck yourself and then continue to play knowing that it would piss suppoters off even more. And the louder the boos got, the bigger the smile on my face. It has obviously affected Goodes and there's no turning back now for the crowds. Even their own clubs telling them to stop won't work.

Guys and girls who think that there really is nothing wrong with booing Goodes, do you realise that you're now going to be seen as racists, regardless of whether you are or not? There's no grey area here anymore. It's now very much a black and white issue.

Do you understand that although you might just think Goodes is a tool who deserves to be booed, like Ballantyne and Boomer, that you're going to sitting their booing with hundreds of others who genuinely feel that Goodes had no right to point out someone in the crowd who'd called him an 'ape'?

Indeed. It's so obvious its just him that gets flak, and not his people. All these irrationally extrapolations about the intentions of booing. It's a bit sad for the passion of the fans if the shaming tactic works.

Red-faced the AFL will be, if it results in lowered numbers at venues while he's playing. Or worse if people try to say you can't boo indigenous players over time because Adam was.

What is she was in general admission? What if it was AFL reserve and she was borrowing someone's membership? What if she moved seats because it can start getting a little unstructured with a minute left in the last quarter and one team getting flogged?
