Yep, seems fair and close to Jakes value too.

My guess would be you are interested, but it's if you can afford him, EFC may have to offer a little of his wage, which i wouldn't be agaisnt.

It could also be an offer to force the Saints hands.

I think getting Carlisle would be very much like a missing piece of the puzzle for Richmond. Carlisle and Rance would be an awesome combo, and they wouldn't have to play Chaplin. They'd probably edge North in an elim too.
