I know people want to see him and he is an impressive player, but he's averaging under 14 disposals at VFL level. He's not quite ready for the big time yet. I think the ideal time for him to come in will be around round 9, when we have St. Kilda, Richmond, and Fremantle to have a small run at it and then round 16 when we get Richmond, St. Kilda and Brisbane in a small run at it.

Named as an emergency. Imo that means he's edging towards selection. But I'm glad they aren't rushing him and letting him develop. But I'll be looking forward to watching him debut at some point this season.

For HF's it's generally the 17-18 mark, players who play deeper around 9-10
