You obviously missed the part where we sold Polec and Pittard for pick 11 whilst paying half of Pittard's salary.

Which has what to do with anything?

So no quotes from the club, just nonsense from people who couldn’t find Adelaide on a map.

It’s a list full of role players. For their fans to come here and turn up their noses at a game breaker like Chad is pretty laughable.
Maybe Chad needs to take a break from Fortnite and have a look at the list. Some much better options and he can still have a BBQ with Jackson, Jarman and Shaun every Sunday.

One of the stories in the Channel 7 news was introduced with "Port ramp up negotiations to get Chad Wingard to the Hawks". Although this is just a statement of what is happening it is also a reflection of how we are going about it. We are trying to get Chad to the Hawks which will mean when they finally come up with something we deem half acceptable we will take it. If Chad wants to get to the Hawks we should think of the club and the club only and we should be standing on our first demand. 2 first rounders or no deal. Or if Hawthorn can somehow get a top 5 for us that can be considered.

The hard on the Adelaide media have for Port getting a worse deal than the McGovern trade is hilarious.. never change.

It’s the hard on this board has for it that’s weirder.

Have we? Hope you're right. Fox Sports News reporting Port has told Hawks Burton and 15 is what we want but Hawks have given Burton time to think about wether he'll take one for the greater good

Fox Sports News, eh? Well they’d well and truly have their finger on the Alberton pulse from their studios at Moore Park, Sydney.

If they have to use a first round pick this year or next, they can still trade next year’s but then have to find a first round pick from somewhere before the end of trade period next year.

I thought I had read (maybe PatientMental) that they should have to use a first round pick this year but we all know the Gill factor.

And this is where Cripps is on the ball. We should be able to send a player to a club of our choice.
Not reading through eleventy billion posts

Heard on the radio this morning that its been altered recently

its 2 1st rounders over 5 years and you can apply for leniency if you can prove to the AFL that the trading of your first rounders have been beneficial as Ins and Outs

Yeah but we all know where the story goes from here - a swap of 2nd/3rd/4th round picks and hey presto, everyone's happy.

Luckily we don’t have any 2nd/3rd/4th rounders to swap anymore so we’ve been saved from oursel...wait...damn you future trading!

Was JDS the one who proclaimed that 'Essendon were well within their rights to ask for one of Hartlett, Wingard or Gray(?) as part-exchange for Ryder'?

I mean, bloody hell.
