There was 4 on 3 geelongs way ahead with all 3 forwards running to the goalsquare, and square off Jenkins there was 5 geelong players running back and not a single crow. 9 on 5 (inc Jenkins and lynch). Absolutely embarrassing

That makes sense. Comentary said that Tex had 20 metres on Taylor and was screaming for a lead. Was this true? Or are the exaggerating? They made out like it was a 100% mark and goal had he kicked it in there.

They literally just showed 5 lace out passes he nailed to the receiving player straight out of congestion.

Crows members are weird. They think hartigan good, like obrien playing instead of sauce (look at the hit outs Stanley vs obrien - worst ruck we have had that I can recall) and bag players like Kelly, Jenkins who plays an athletic game NOT a physical game and want him to be something he's not, basically they have nfi.

As Gold Coast's sole midfielder, Ablett used to get a lot of heavy and physical attention from taggers. Not so much back at Geelong.

Walker needs to do what Matthew Richardson did and play on the wing or something.... he is doing nothing as a forward. Crows forward line is their worst attribute.. which is strange considering that the players they have down that end are all above average players. They just cannot take an overhead mark... which is weird, because they weren't like this 2 years ago.

Tex can run away from Jenkins and demand a 65m torp with 5m on taylor all he wants. He ain't getting it. Couldn't lead forward cos tailor was there plus 3rd man canvassing him and the other 2 forwards all running to the same pace and all already marked up

Yes but whenever I've watched Ablett play since returning to Geelong he's had lots of tape on his shoulder.

Which is why I wonder how Geelong have fixed his shoulder since he's not wearing shoulder tape anymore.

But with those in Gibbs won't be there, Fogarty either... Just off the top of my head. Not to mention salary cap squeeze, maybe Sloane is forced out... So many things could hand changed.

Danger they got genuinely screwed on in that trade, I believe they are all gone now...
