Rich Cimini asked him why he took back over play calling.. He denied he had. Rich then asked why Dowell Loggins wasnt doing anything all game and why you had the head set on then.........Gase went into some BS into about Loggins telling him the plays and he was giving them to Darnold.

What a clown.

Honest question - How did Adam Gase ever get to be head coach in general?

When in the NFL he has a career record of 116-135
Now lets take away Peyton Manning carrying him..........78-125

Bounced around lesser jobs (Offensive assistant to qb coach to offensive assistant to wr coach)
Being in the right place at the right time (WR coach in Denver during the Peyton Manning years, which catapulted the OC to a HC position) getting promoted to OC.
I get following Fox to Chicago (risky leaving Peyton for Cutler though)
But an 18th placed offense and a 6-10 record gets someone to be head coach?

That would be like someone signing Kellen Moore this year!

Why would any franchise take a punt on someone who had only had 3 winning seasons in his career in any level as a coach, and all 3 years was Peyton Manning at qb!?!?!?
Unproven altogether.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Ravens and Steelers returned no new positive coronavirus tests on Thursday.
It's a terrific development only 12 hours after these two teams played one another Wednesday afternoon. There's still a long ways to go before the Ravens are fully removed from an ongoing breakout, but Thursday's results show a light at the end of the tunnel. As it stands, the Ravens are still scheduled to face the Cowboys in Week 13 on Tuesday night.

Dolphins coach Brian Flores said he won’t decide until Sunday whether they’re confident Tua Tagovailoa (thumb) can go or if Ryan Fitzpatrick will start.
He added that Tagovailoa is the starter "if 100 percent healthy", but that caveat leaves an out to start Fitzpatrick yet again on Sunday. The veteran has admittedly been terrific since Week 2, averaging 22 fantasy points per game in his last six starts (and most recently pelting the Jets for 257 yards and two scores). DeVante Parker, who has accrued a 40% target share from Fitzpatrick this year, would slide in as a high-end WR2 if the latter's under center but merely rank as a low-end WR2/3 if Tua is engineering the offense opposite Cincinnati.

NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala and Mike Garafolo report OLB Bud Dupree tore his ACL.
Dupree was rushing the passer in the fourth quarter of Week 12's Wednesday action when his knee buckled. It was evident this was a serious injury immediately as he moved gingerly to the locker room. This report surfaced just an hour after it happened. Dupree will miss the rest of 2020 and is questionable for Week 1 of 2021. After playing 2020 on the franchise tag, Dupree is set for free agency this offseason. It's unfortunate timing.

There is no surety around any of it weirdly.

Not sure i recall a head coach, in any sport, so openly disliked and doubted by the public, the general media, the media analysts and even players.

Even stranger when you combine it with zero wins and they're still in the job.
