Also props to our bottom end who all held their own tonight - McComb was pretty good other than the set shot, Scott was good and McNeil was great when he came on.

Dude you've made your point.Surely I’m not the only one who thinks our midfield performs better when they have a big bodied ruckmen in there? Timmy does a hell of a lot right, but geez he just doesn’t really have any influence in the guts does he. Surely we’d be better having someone whose sole focus revolves around stoppage work whilst letting Timmy be the unicorn that he is around the ground.
Schache was okay tonight, he was back he was forward he was through the midfield - he played fine. But Timmy would play that exact role 1000x better
All at the same time. That would be impressiveDude you've made your point.
English is as valuable as he is is because he gets to work off the opposition ruck, who don't fit into any other structural position. What position do you propose English play? On ball? Wing? Key defender? Where does he line up on the 6 6 6 rule?
Our future is solid without being great. Sing me upI thought McComb was alright tonight. Stuffed up a couple of things but didn't do anything terribly bad. He actually worked in a few good chains.
Exactly as Schache did tonight - he was forward he was back he was around the contest (not as the ruckman) that’s the thing with Timmy he could start forward 6-6-6 and be a marking target if we win the clearance, and then get on his bike and run any defender in the league with the size to match up on him, completely off their legs whilst he roams the field as a tall flanker/half forwardDude you've made your point.

Libba and West. The rest kind of struggled. Jackson excluded
Schache had 6 CBAs and we lost 11 of them!Full stats breakdown...

Can someone please explain to me what “toe talks” or whatever the term was they used post his interview means?Libba best on ground on Fox's Best On Ground also. Funniest post-match interview ever. Such a legend is Libba.
10 Clearances from English. 6 Centre Clearances.Surely I’m not the only one who thinks our midfield performs better when they have a big bodied ruckmen in there? Fair point, really strong numbers from him - becoming quite a common sight to see him strolling out of the centre which is a nice bonus. His 2nd half he became much more assertive in the guts which is the next step for him10 Clearances from English. 6 Centre Clearances.
I look at our list and try and find a replacement to OBrien…. there is no one, zilch, nada.
We really need that spot filled with someone who is a better interceptor, kick or better 1v1 than OBrien. It’s the midsize defender that we are really lacking.
And Naughts had a night out because the oppo defenders couldn't sag off and triple team him all the time. Go figureSchache had a strong game.
Why hasn't Beveridge played the three talls all year?!
His inside 50 kicks though lead directly to 2 goals. Did have a poster which I would normally expect that he would kick. Competed well in the ruck and around the ground solid game from the ShackSchache didn't kick a goal but he's an upgrade on Cordy. His ruckwork was solid and his fieldkicking was very good. Keep him in!
West was amazing.
Libba is such a beast.
Pics?
Toby the difference .. I feel like he at least had 4 or 5
Wonder what our win/loss and percentage would be based on expected scores for the year?Full stats breakdown...
