These stats always feel a bit naff. The variance in averages end up being so small but a list and a best 22 are very different things. Like the core of Geelong's premiership team is probably an average age of 30 but looking at these stats you'd think their list could go on for at least half a decade.AFL CLUB LISTS RANKED BY AVERAGE GAMES PLAYED

Don't remember him a lot, I noticed he only played 47 games for Melbourne which is a shame. Did a Google search and found this highlight reel.Sean Charles, discuss.

Still remember that game, one of my favourite games from the 90s ( there wasn't many) beating the reining premiers round 1 then finishing bottom.
I noticed that too, inspired move by Balmey.Ingo playing centre half forward. Wild.
Sean Charles, discuss.
Injury along with desire to play and be in Melbourne.Insanely talented. Never worked out why he dropped away so quickly - injury I assume.

Kept breaking his hand.Thought he was gonna be great in 1994, was excellent against Carlton in the finals. Career fizzled out fast.
Was good to watch when he first came in. Part of that really exciting forward line with Jakovich, Lyon etc.Sean Charles, discuss.
