Pretty confident Fly plus other coaches plus Wright:

• know more than all posters put together on this particular issue

It was the same with Buckley plus other coaches plus Walsh when they traded out Treloar, Stephenson, Philips and Atu …

If Collingwood goes ahead and ditches Ginnivan, after winning a premiership based on team unity and commitment, it does not take a genius to predict a rapid slide down the ladder. Schulz is a good player, but acquiring him at the cost of team solidarity will be a net negative.
I have been a long term critic of Ginnivan's antics, but not his play. We manged to get DeGoey through his wild years (I think) and we should be doing the same with Ginnivan. He is too good to give away.

As a father I have unwavering loyalty to my kids including my step kids.

Workplaces might frame themselves as family but they are not.

As a footy club we have to sack blokes for stuff that doesn't get you thrown out of families.

It's just a metaphor I know but these 18-36 year old aren't always the most mature.
