Its called development! I know the geriatric Pies have pissed away all their draft picks for the last few years but believe it or not kids can come in and have an impact!
The same development that has got Carlton to where they are today, after more than two decades of building and rebuilding?

It's called wishful thinking. Otherwise known as delusion.

Development Fudgey - something your coach isnt interested in - time is now for Collingwood ALL IN in 2025!

Wishful thinking? That would be the Pies thinking their band of geriatrics are going to be able to wind back the clock in their mid 30s :tearsofjoy:

Blues have plenty of kids ready to come in and step up in Kennedy and Owies absence. Pies have got Ned Long and Fin Macrae plodding about ready to be delisted come end of year!

I love how the Carlton folk are saying Collingwood are 'All In' on 2025.

As if the weight of expectation is a bad thing...

Flags are hard to win. I mean, some teams can't even find the right formula to be able to contend for a premiership, let alone win one (I'm looking at you, Carlton).

Carlton too should be all in for the next couple of years, with their top 6 players in their absolute prime. If they're not going to peak with their list next year or the year after, when is it going to be?

Oh well, at least with their list management strategy they've protected themselves from a handful of consecutive years in the bottom 2, as we've already seen multiple times this century...

Blues have plenty of years left from their star players. Unlike the Pies we don't have a team full of geriatrics.

Not to mention we've got Jagga now coming through as a young gun mid and a freak show in Cody Walker soon to join him.

Blues will have plenty of years of good footy left in them, window will close when Curnow, McKay and Weitering finish up which should be 4-5 years from now at worst.

Is that meant to hurt or something? Surely you can do better that that. Come on lift your game. Both predictable and boring. Suppose it’s hard to banter when you are in a thread about two powerhouse clubs who have won 16 flags. Go have a discussion with a minnow club like yourself .

Relying on two kids who are yet to play a single game of AFL footy.

Carlton's list management decisions this off season have ensured two things:
1. They won't contend for a premiership in the short to medium term, and
2. They'll avoid another period of a handful of consecutive years in the bottom 2 in the medium term.

No offence, you have the world's most inaccurate crystal ball

Fudgeys crystal ball... Oh what it must be like to be as delusional as ol' Fudger.

Bottom 2 😂😂😂

Please don't tell me you again failed to comprehend the post you quoted?

And what's so funny about bottom 2? It's a position Carlton have found themselves in more regularly than any other team since the turn of the century.

Fudger if you think our list was any chance of returning to the bottom of the ladder in the medium term and that we only drafted Jagga to avoid that... Then I don't know what else to say but to seek help.

Absolutely clueless. Just like your assessment that the Blues would finish 15th last year... Or was it 17th? Too many rubbish predictions to keep track of!
