Another insipid performance from the Dees. When does the pressure come onto the Dees. Talked themselves up pre-season, however as Ed Langdon would say “All duck no dinner”.

Alrighty, who does degenerate goodie throw under the bus in his presser to justify this loss? Can’t go back to the well with big Maxy again. Clarry is too obvious. Maybe fritsch.

Trac just looked broken when the siren went. Pretty sad to see tbh. Footy clearly not a lot of fun at the moment.

If gcs lose Rowell they should get petracca and dees should do the right thing and let him go

He could go again, big distraction this week

Surely May is a good shout though

“What you journos probably don’t know is that Fritta has been privately battling a significant and embarrassing fungal infection.”

That rule changed at the end of 1987.
The umpires get the siren through their earpiece.
10.5 END OF QUARTER(a) The end of a quarter occurs when any field Umpire or emergency Umpire first hears the siren sounded by the Timekeepers to signal the end of a quarter.

They still have to raise their hands and blow the whistle.
The quarter ends when the umpires hears it, not when they signal it.

Refer rule 10.5(a).

Signalling can occur a second afterwards but the signal is not the exact end of the play.
