A new coach would immediately look to turnover as much of the Carlton list as quickly as possible.

Yeah keep TDK, Weitering, Hewett, Cripps and that's about it.
The rest are just disposable junk. Some, like Curnow, McKay and Walsh are valuable junk in terms of picks.
