That’s as bad a performance as l can remember for a long time. Dropping uncontested marks, missed tackles and the skills were on par with the local under 8’s at times. Sinclair and nas are supposed to be our A grade users, some of their disposals under no pressure were laughable. At least the majority of the side have had a stinker on the same day!

Was about to write that in leadership. Willie aside we have minimal. Pou might get there but that is literally it. Higgo is tough and will try but he doesn’t galvanise men, as far as I can tell.

I'm happy for the Eagles, I still hate Jamie Cripps but I'm happy for Mini and West Coast after the couple of days they've had.

Went in with zero expectations and watched without emotion, we were/are average, feel nothing about the loss.

Harley Reid auditioned well for his managers attempt to use us as an opportunity to bump his price up.

We have gone backwards, we just aren't very good. We'll have some good moments this year, but years of poor drafting and being middle of the road has ensured we are going nowhere in reality.

I think that’s about it. It was a lame effort. Our older players have fallen steadily, but the real problem is that the young ones aren’t nearly good enough. Not yet, maybe never? Our ‘senior hopefuls’ Sharman, Owens, Windy, can do very little sometimes. Uh, and don’t blame Brad Hill again. He made some superb field kicks that resulted in early goals. Also saved a goal at the last line in the third. Messed up two passes. Wasn’t the only one.

We've really hamstrung ourselves leaving Steele as captain this year.

I think we might be the only team in the league that doesn't have a clear game plan. There seems to be zero direction and zero cohesion between players in regards to how we're trying to play.

Are we trying to play slow footy and deliberately kick long bombs onto our forwards' heads?

I thought we were meant to be a fit running team, yet we get carved up on the outside.

Whenever someone gets the ball, they look too scared to be the one to **** up the kick so they just pass the buck onto the bloke next to them, which just gets us caught up in these rubbish handball chains that inevitably lead to a turnover or stoppage.

I just don't get what we're trying to achieve by playing this way.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we get the email from the President stating that it’s on everyone from the top down to find out if there’s more they could be doing to help the club move forward.

The same email we got 5 years ago. 3 years ago and 2 years ago.
