But it was our pressure that caused a lot of those mistakes. The game was even and up for grabs in the first quarter. Our sustained pressure, combined with great running and instincts broke their will.
Some of them. Nick Daicos breaking out the front of the stoppage double-grabbed the ball, which has probably never happened before. We performed well and got our season back on track, but the Pies look down on confidence.

Meek and Newcombe our best. I'm really impressed.

Hopefully this puts to bed the value of 4 tall forwards. It was very premature to say the experiment didn't work last week. We scored another 100 points tonight.
We may not need the 4 tall forwards every week depending on the matchups but its a weapon no other club can match.
I think it brings into vogue the 5 tall forward line haha. It was a great tactic having meek push forward it really stretched them and then he took some incredible marks as only Lord Meek could.

I reckon they left 5 goals on the table but it was a great display.

Having the wizard stay as the designated small and not fly for the mark is pretty important

We apparently now hold the two biggest wins over Craig McRae's Magpies, with our 64 point win tonight only surpassed by our 66 point in Round 19 last year.

Regular transmission has resumed!

Bulldogs scored their lowest score of the year against us and we kicked the highest score against Collingwood all year. When we are on we are as good as anybody
Collingwood also kicked their lowest score of the year tonight

Loved Warpel being responsible for a player. Makes him more dangerous. Maybe Lewis and Scrim our for Butler and Mackenzie in if they play well on the weekend. More run and we can contend.
Why on earth would we drop scrim?

Why would you drop Scrimmers after what we saw tonight?

I wouldn't touch our backline, it's absolutely rock solid at the moment.

Photo between Mitchell, Gunston and Bruest, gives me deep dread that might be Bruests farewell game.

Been my favourite player for such a long period.
He's surely not getting another game after what we saw tonight.

I'm not going to say he's cooked because that's disrespectful to a club great but it's obvious the game has gone past him.l (as it does to every player at some stage in their career).

Man we have turned Ginnivan into one hell of a footballer. He has been bloody awesome since that early season vfl spell. So creative, diligent and calm under pressure
Worth noting that Ginni had a small crack in his ankle which he carried through the preseason which was acknowledged in the silly doco we did. Once he mentally got over it and had that spell at BH he's been magnificent.

Haha who was it during the week in the media carrying on about how we haven’t scored over 100 against anyone good.. cop that
Except now the narrative will be that the magpies are on the decline...ignore the media, they have no bearing on what actually happens.
