I think hes soft as butter and has been a touch lucky with the goals he’s kicked. He will never be like Zac Bailey.

Midfield torched us. I knew North's main strength was their midfield but I didn't think we'd get smacked around like muppets.
Were they too good or were we too poor or was the gameplan crap or was it just an unlucky day?

They were too good and outmuscled us and had a ruckman giving them some silver service.

We need to fix up this midfield... fast. Either the coach is stubborn keeping the Taranto, Hopper and Prestia trio or they just refuse to play other positions.

Mansell also lacks composure. He's a limited player.

Taking shots at Seth because he doesn't go hard enough is bizarre. Can't think of a time where I've questioned he's intent, he plays the right way.

This expectation that everyone attacks the ball like Mansell is why we have about 3 players who can hit a target by hand or foot.

The fact Yze didn't activate the sub last week I think tells you a lot about his mindset. He's ultra-conservative when it comes to upsetting 'the system' by throwing magnets around. He seems to think winning comes from each player knowing their role, and the best way to ensure that is to never change anyone's role ever.

The funny thing is that we were more experienced than north, older than north and they made us look like idiots. Their supporters were laughing at us. This is north we are talking about people without their 2 best forwards.
My god this is bottom of the barrel stuff we are absolutely useless and will get worse.
Things need to change and I reckon midfield has to be changed
