As a Crows fan, this is one of those ones where you just completely block out footy until round 1 next year. Even then the home and away means nothing because of how this season finished, so its really a 1 year wait until you have a chance to believe again.

• Didn't win a single quarter during the finals
• Lost to eighth at home
• Were the first minor premiers to go out in straight sets since 1983
• Experienced their two biggest losses for the season in two home finals

Lets not go down the path of Rankine being the difference. Crows were flattered both times. Rankine isn't going to be that difference.

I just think Geelong haven't been fully tested - and will get a rude awakening next week (yes they'll be well rested, but the lack of game rhythm over the last few weeks... few months actually thanks to facing weak opposition over the last month and a bit). It'll be like the Road Runner running rampant against Wile E Coyote! Not to mention the drama with media being a mood destroyer.
