Lets hope Davies replacement has a similar CV and is not some hot shot from another sporting code.

Without knowing too much about your list, what Collins was absolutely superb at doing for us in his early years was taking kids and young players who had yet to debut and get them ready for the rigors of AFL football. If you’ve struggled to get the kids developed from SANFL to the AFL, watch him work wonders for you.
