Adelaide is dominating in the ruck which leads to quick hack clearances from our mids when they get the ball. And that means all the defenders through the midfield don’t have time to set up due to the zones - you’ve got to be really pushing up hard from defence to block space so that if there is a turnover you are ready for it.

It’s the reverse of what will happen with Jacobs v Lycett/Ryder in the season proper. Ladhams and Frampton make O’Brien look like a superstar..
