Hopefully we are willing to bring in players instead of just sticking with the likes of McVee and JOM because they are "senior players".

Yeah nah. Johnno and Ras, as improved as they are, still have a way to go. Murphy? Yeah, other than 150 games worth of experience difference, I'd say you're probably right. Murphy is going to be a AAA+ player, there won't be many better than him in another couple of years.

I was quite impressed with Hinkley as a commentator, but then again he was only up against dud Roooooshooter, so the bar wasn't very high...

He recovered well after his negative early comment about Amiss getting a free kick after being smacked in the head and getting a mandatory concussion test.

I met Hinkley when he was a player in Geelong. Quite smart, dry sense of humour, courageous defender.
