That's a game we should have won, simple as that.
Sharp going down shows our midfield must have a bull in it. We've no chance otherwise.

We're unlucky as that's two games now where a key player goes down (ie Ridley), and the tide turns against us.
All the same, we've some really nice young players building up.

I get you guys want to squeeze out positives, but geez. Look at the GWS injury list. We should not be allowing that to happen.

Giants kicked 10 of the last 13 goals lol.

This is why you don't draft half back flankers or half forward flankers. You need midfielders who can bloody kick the footy and hit the target.

Can't fault the effort. The skills and execution continue to be the bane of our existence.

Robey is a beast. The miss kick sucked but he had a huge last qtr when he replaced sharp in centre. Sharp was great till injury too.
We gifted them alot of goals with turnovers in back half but overall a good effort

Langford & Prior VFL please.

We gave thewm a fright. Hope it burns for for the kids to get stronger.

Cadman & Daniels turned the game for them.

Green shoots. Shit loss, but didn’t have enough players to turn the tide when giants got on top. Too many down back who can’t defend 1 on 1. Sucks about sharp he’s really showing something. Him and robey are going to be elite combination

Disappointed for that young team that we couldn't grind out a win. They would have taken so much more than four points out of it if they'd been able to last.
I felt like we carried Nguyen, and to an extent Cox.
Huss or Kako would have snapped Nguyen's chance.
Langford's missed mark was worse.

Great return from May. Brad should have pushed Caddy up the ground a bit more to get his hands on the football more.

I thought ADW's was a mark.

Duz started well but faded out. Same Duurs.

When Robey's fitness base increases he'll be a beast.

Great game from Wright, May, Roberts, Blakiston.

Thought Bryan and Wright worked Briggs over. Bryan's return was promising.

We're still in the Pick 1 cup. Nice.

I Felt like we got screwed tonight, although I was drifting in and out of the game.

Day Wicks' mark, Redman marking the ball and being tackled, Laverde flopping on the football in our forward 50 and not being pinged. There seemed to be some shockers.

The difference between our senior players and our youth was more painfully obvious than its ever been.

Unless he's playing in the backline, in what world does the shit Langford dished up today exceed what Edwards would've done? Parish wasn't quite as bad but he was still very frustrating at times today too.

I'll offer one positive from today. Perkins was one of our better players and I was wrong in thinking that he didn't deserve to get named.

I kept an eye on Nik today. He’s looking ok. Perkins game was good too.

Roberts brain fade didn’t help the momentum.

JN not quite ready for senior games.
Langford is just like having one player less out there.

I thought Blakiston was good today.
Hope wright stays in this confident phase.

Could have tried harder to win it for duzz. Especially when had a good lead.

Game was a wasted opportunity really.

Yep, some great signs but the elephant in the room is transition goals. That is what lost us the game.

Rational me is OK with this. Irrational me spent the entire last qtr throwing a tantrum. I nearly threw my phone through the window with how stupidly we let them back into that. We should’ve won that game. Lack of experience/composure/footy smarts cost us in the end as well as not nailing the important goals while they kicked all sorts of freaky ones.
