Don't make it out like they were playing brownlow medal quality footy mate, sure their leadership ect will be missed but their output game day wont be absolutely missed. We lost two Brownlow medalist midfielders who were best 22.
We should really look to replace them with, wait for it midfielders.
Or if we're really good some HBFers with midfield potential.
Priddis I agree with but you don't rate Mitchell's 2017?Don't make it out like they were playing brownlow medal quality footy mate, sure their leadership ect will be missed but their output game day wont be absolutely missed.
Agree with drafting mids tho hehe
He was pretty useful but the bloke couldn't kick more than 30m. All he had was handball.Priddis I agree with but you don't rate Mitchell's 2017?
One of our best players last year imo
Not that i didn't rate Mitchell's 2017, it was just drastically lower than Brownlow medal quality. I feel like he was an average middle tier contributorPriddis I agree with but you don't rate Mitchell's 2017?

I think it has been genuinely poor other than our KPDs.
Where we finished on the ladder is kind of irrelevant to the discussion given the number of B22 players we had in the team who were traded in from other clubs.
The clips I've seen of Worpel look great - inside bull, on the taller side, plenty of don't argues issued, got plenty of the ball. Kicking seemed reasonable enough for an inside mid.
What are the knocks on him that make him a mid-late second rounder?
Ossie Ossie OssieHaggers saying Lecca training the house down and priming for a midfield role in 2018.
No need to draft mids now lads. All aboard the Allen @13 train!
I think he could go any where from 5+, mainly his kicking and I think he has patches of drop offThe clips I've seen of Worpel look great - inside bull, on the taller side, plenty of don't argues issued, got plenty of the ball. Kicking seemed reasonable enough for an inside mid.

Thought exactly the same.Funny you compare him to Scott West. I thought exactly the same thing but thought too many people might not remember West.
It seems we really rate the mature WAFL talent this year, hence the loading up of round 2 picks. Is there actually a higher quality of talent than usual? Or are we just trying a new tactic we haven't exploited before? Or are we just scraping the barrel?
I’d go Constable but club would go Allen or O’Brien I thinkWorst case scenario is if these players go 1-11:
LDU
Rayner
Dow
Cerra
Stephenson
Brayshaw
Higgins
Fogarty
Coffield
Bonar
Clark
What the **** do we do then?
