Brett was a very capable saints half back flanker. Sure to make a good coach.

Which reminds me we sacked about 9 coaches and have put in place a panel of cowboys to pick Brett. Makes sense when you look at it that way.

They will only officially tell what the compensation is after the clubs match of decide not to match. With unrestricted they can't match so they can let them know right away what the compensation is.

I think the AFL will give a ballpark indication once the bid is put in, not sure if they give the final verdict until after a club chooses to not match. That way they can then decided if they want to do other free agency trades themselves.
