Why is Pedlar listed at HFF .....whereas Boyle is in the starting midfield

Pedlar has to play midfield at SANFL level

It makes no sense .....nor does playing Curtin in a Back Pocket .....how does that get leather in his hand, and build some confidence

We're having a discussion on the tantrum Sanders threw last night, after being subbed .....comparing how Bevo is playing his rookies versus Clarko playing Sheezel and McKercher at HB ....so as to get them into the game, and build confidence quickly

Godden said yesterday he will be playing midfield and a bit of half forward, basically the role they have planned for him in the AFL, but with the percentages flipped

SANFL play after the AFL so all of Borlase, Schoenberg and Dowling if not in AFL to be back making a very strong SANFL side.

Pedlar has to play midfield at SANFL level

Players are assigned roles in the SANFL based upon where they’ll play if called up. It’s part of the continuity strategy. Pedlar is a forward.

If you have good kicks making good decisions you get connection. Blight was right on Front Bar, ‘back on my day we called it kicking it to your teammate’.

Strange how little we seem to switch the play in the SANFL compared to how much we're doing it at AFL level (and I think we still don't do it enough at AFL)
