Well played, last season I was often critical but this season he won me over with some pretty solid footy but this decision isn't a surprise, hopefully he can find a new club or even play at VFL level.

In my drunken stupe last Saturday I wished Gwilt the best of luck getting another contract. He thanked me. Could've ignored me but didnt (I probably would've ignored myself) so he won my kudos. Ditto Stokes when I wished him good luck next year (and beyond).

Always had a soft spot for him, and rated his performances, but hard to disagree with this call.

Be great if he can sign for the VFL team and stay involved at the club.

Yeah he was, a game I was at earlier this year this flog seated not far from us would start carrying on every time Gwilt touched the ball & he was having a fairly good game!

Tough business this footy, wouldn't have complained if he was given another year but team comes first.
