That's probably the most concerning part. The game itself in a vacuum isn't a problem, we played well enough but ultimately it's costly on the ladder.

Still we won the flag from 5th, so it's not the be-end all.

We got lucky. Nicks once again being scared so parks the bus with 8 minutes left like the Showdown. Nothing can be taken away from this game due to the conditions where it just comes down to who wants it more, fresher legs, lucky taps/bounces, etc. A shame that this game was not played in dry conditions, would have been a top game and got 50k.

Exactly. I never said otherwise. Adelaide got the job done. I just disagree that Brisbane should be fine with that result given the performance they were up against.

I'm not trolling. Adelaide can play much better than that. They fought it out well, were clinical in front of goals the last 3 quarters and had a great patch early in the last.

Brisbane threw it away though. They crumbled both defensively and conversion-wise in the last quarter. It wasn't an honourable loss against world beaters.

All they need is a camera that is looking along the goal line. then you just need to sync up the camera's from two angles and you can tell where the ball is when it crosses the line.
