Barrass and Sicily.

Not convinced Newcombe is an A grader let alone Ward/Mackenzie being sure things, he’s great on his day but doesn’t have the consistency.

Just think the list profile is way off to be a contender now or in the future.

They clearly aren’t in contention now, if you call this contention I see how you may be confused.
You have been making yourself look stupid for 48 hours now

Give it a rest

It’s embarrassing

Newcombe definitely is, Ward will be, Mackenzie has the talent.

Will Day? You didn’t mention.
Depends on what you consider A grade, he’s not a top 20 mid in the comp for mine.

Sits around 25-35, I don’t reckon that’s elite personally.

I think Day is better than Newcombe and if he can consistently get on the park is A grade.

Very productive post

Newcombe was top 10 in the Brownlow last year. B&F winner, one of the most damaging in the finals last year aswell.

He’d be top 20 in the league.

Day isn’t as good as Newcombe yet as a whole I don’t think, think he might end up better tho, both different players, damaging and talented.

Going to have to agree to disagree then.
Players I think are clearly better and brackets a toss up:
Adelaide - Dawson & Rankine
Brisbane - Neale (Mccluggage) & Dunkley)
Carlton - Cripps (Hewett & Walsh)
Collingwood - Daicos
Essendon - Merrett
Fremantle - Brayshaw & Serong (Young)
Geelong - Smith (Holmes)
Gold Coast - Anderson & Rowell
GWS - Green (Callaghan)
Hawks - Day
Melbourne - Petracca
North - Sheezel (LDU)
Port Adelaide - Rozee & Butters (JHF)
Richmond
Saint Kilda
Sydney - Gulden, Heeney (Warner)
West Coast
Western Bulldogs - Bont (Richards, Treloar & Libba)

Probably in the 25-35 range, not sure whether that’s a genuine A grader.
Which of these is he ahead of?

Thing is it’s not as simple as that. He’s played predominantly midfield, and you’ve named players that have been either injured, play other positions like wing or forward ontop of midfield and there’s a lacking in metrics to compare the pair.

You haven’t provided anything productive other than showing your lack of knowledge

I mean I think even the staunchest of hawks fans would at best have him just inside the 20. So it’s hardly an outrageous call to believe he sits in the 25-35 zone which in my opinion isn’t elite.

Hawks do have a very even spread of contributors without many standout players, similar to the pies.

It’s not that the clubs don’t have stand out players it is that their best players change week to week usually bar a select few. It’s not that they’re inconsistent as much more so it’s hard to have a team of 22 stars so week to week it’ll change.

I would have him as an A Grade talent. He’s close to if not elite, but it’ll be better to have him with Day because he won’t get tagged as much but also gives freedom for him to go forward aswell, providing a mid-fwd option.

I’d have him top 20 ish.

Must be difficult being this ****ing stupid.
TOLD you that Kingy would see what I'm seeing and then all you sheep realise what's going on. Not a single unique thought in any of your minds.

Do any of you even watch the game? Rankine has been shocking for months.
