If your structures are right behind the ball you don't cough up so many easy marks and goals like we did tonight. There all over the place ATM, the moment teams put some heat on us we go to water. That's not a sign of a contending team that's a middle of the road team who only want games on their terms. It's up to the leaders to change the narrative that's developing around us and it starts with Mitchell. Need the bye to reset expectations and standards.
