Is it any good or has everyone still got a big ant hard on
Feels like you are in one of either camp tbh. It's pretty fun. A few glitchy stuff but they'll get sorted out

I've had some similar games, it's exhilarating. I've come back from large margins a number of times and had the opposite happen to me which makes me believe momentum has been coded into the game - I love it.

If the AI got a run against you it was almost impossible to get the momentum back in Evolution 1. Also it seemed like there was a home ground advantage thing programmed in (as in it was even harder to fight back if you were the away team and down by so much).

I’m just happy to have a footy game at all

Am i the only one who finds the marking so ****ing diffcult. I found the last game’s marking system to be fine and you had to actually get good at it, however I played an online game and I had to quit because I was finding marking impossible and the other guy seemed to hadn’t it down pat. Not sure if the Port team just has low marking skills but I quit in the third quarter and I lost marks 22-13, would’ve been a lot worse had I kept playing.

Online in general is usually a struggle, Marking is fine in single-player for me!

So the difference between the best to worst team is now 5 points instead of 7?

Career mode really needs player cards where you can see their stats and game totals. And league wide stat pages to see who's leading the Coleman etc.
Pro Mode does have a stats page it is just hidden

Schedule & Statistics -> Stats -> Press the triggers like you are looking through them all and when you get to the last team go one more and (my game lags when I do this) it then has the entire league

before Collingwood was 84 and gold Coast was 78, so it was 6 before. But it's not as simple as that because before, Gold Coast could have been on a high 78 and now are on a low 80 hence, could a matter of fact be the same range as before.

A high 78 is still lower than a low 80. I still can't work out how you've rated a lot of the bottom end players on lists either. Some of them seem plain weird to say the least.

pre- ratings adjustment --> 84 minus 78.75 = 5.25
post- ratings adjustment --> 85.25 minus 80 = 5.25

Also, the bottom end players have been rated based on a combination of draft form (draft, rookie, pre-season) draft pick position, age, senior games played (performance in those games)/ and if they haven't debuted - their readiness for AFL.

Is it the goal kicking accuracy sliders that make AI goal kicking better, or are they for the user? I went from 50 to 65 and it's still rubbish. Any one know?
There’s separate menus for player and AI sliders, I turned up a few different ones to get better AI accuracy, there’s sliders for accuracy at different range, general set shot and shots on the run, from memory I put close to goal in the 70s and then went down from there depending on the distance from goal
