Ask us after the weekends game, that is assuming hes playing which I'm reasonably sure he is.

Haselby's injury might have the door a bit more open than before.

He'll be due a break this week or next, don't want to over work the young bloke. Anyone who played in SA and the derby will probably be rested next week.

How is Palmer traveling?

Not a troll guy's, just wondering how Palmer is going in the pre season.

Their are two reasons for my enquiry.

1. Bombers were a big chance to take Palmer as they rated him so highly but opted for Myers. I know that Freo were rapt with this but i'm just interested to follow the progress of both kids.

2. I have one spot left on my interchange for my SC team and i would like to take Palmer as i am a huge fan but just wanted to make sure he is traveling well and looking like he will get some senoir game time early on?

Appreciate any feedback.

Palmer's in the squad, but 3 players need to be trimmed. He'll probably get a game tomorrow, but he did play in South Africa so will be rested at some stage during the NAB campaign.

Schammer will get prob double the possesions that peake does trouble is he is prone to clangers.

How's Sandi's pre-season been? Is he over his injury worries from last year and do you think he will have rests up forward this year or have a speel on the bench when finished rucking?

He was probably one of our best in the game against adelaide. He was rested for a time down forward, but I think that was in the final term.

I hope hes been workin on it over summer but he cannot pack mark so there isnt much point resting him forward.
All it takes is small body pressure on him and he struggles to mark.

Apparently he has been working on it all Pre-season. He's been down at training trying to take contested mark after contested mark. He showed in the derby that he is slowly getting better.

Once he realises that no one can actually stop him taking a mark at full stretch without chopping or giving away a free kick, we will start to see him rake in a few more.
