Any Bendigo Bomber Updates?

QE Oval, Bendigo

Bendigo Bombers 4.4 10.9 16.10 20.15 (135)
Springvale Scorpions 1.2 5.4 8.7 8.10 (58)

Bendigo won by 75 points in a very impressive performance (according to reports) in the wind and rain.

It's a shame about Ben Haynes, don't worry - he'll be back though! He's a battler and will be back in our top 22 by the end of the year.

Cupido was apparently "OK" but did nothing to enhance his prospects of returning to the firsts next week.

in the wind and rain.

Didn't actually rain at all during the game. Bloody cold as though. Pretty good win though, and a rather good crowd for the first game under lights at the QEO.

how did Laycock Cartledge and Nash go?

Laycock played quite well I heard. Don't know about the other two

Cartledge and Nash were quiet.

Watson very good
Licha serviceable
Lovett BOG
Summers good
Cupido poor
Laycock very good

And Moorcroft worked hard in his 1st game back ;)

Apparently Cupido gave away two stupid 50 metre penalties.

Whatever happend to his so called rehabilitation thru the pre-season about addressing his anger issues? bah!
