The public always complains every raining test yet they never do anything about it

Main problem is these old grounds were not built for the 21st century. Dont know about the MCG and other older grounds but there is no underground parking at the SCG like in modern venues, no infrastructure to add a retractable roof as the whole stadium would have to be rebuilt. The cheaper option would be to hang some sort of transparent covering from one stand to another so we poor peasants dont have to lose valuable play that our hard earned has pre paid.
