• Anyone not selecting David Pitman doesn't understand how he took his game to another level in the wake of Rhen's knee injuries. That's the type of player I want in my team. Not necessarily the most talented player in the squad.

• Walker is selected on 2012 form alone. Though I can't think of many that were better either way.

• McGuinness selected mainly for speed in an otherwise medium paced side. Side still might be light on players to play wing.

• Stiffy you f'ing legend.

• Would have had Peter Caven over Smart just. I know he gave Carey a lot of shots on goal in the GF but still probably edges him out. Smart probably would have forced Doughty out.

• Stevens was a personal favourite and provides the team with versatility as a swingman.

• Doughty haters can GAGF. His job was to accept the ball when his team mates were under pressure and to get out with a win or nil all draw at worst.
