Best thing about that hit on Monty was that he got back up and kicked 4 goals to send the Doggies into the semi!

Holland's hit was one of the dirtiest in the game, at no point did he have eyes for the ball he had Montgomery lined up the whole time.

Went to school with Tommy so obviously kept an eye on him throughout his career. In all of Kempies footy, and that includes Railways in Kalgoorlie when he was a skinny kid against grown men and Subi in Perth, Roo was the only bloke to get him.

Tommy had a great awareness about him.

That hit was a ripper.
