Your second sentence proves you know what took place, when something is out of your 'control' than it doesn't warrant the type of nonsense you flap on about.
Just like many other trades (that go through and don't), there is often other wheels in motion that need to come to fruition for it to eventuate.
Papley's manager has publicly stated Carlton did everything it could in this instance and that there is no blaming the club for its efforts.
For a North supporter to call out another club for failing to get their target is laughable in itself as your club has failed more than any other in recent times.
You have a very narrow and shallow understanding of this, so give up before you are well and truly embarrassed any further. Or maybe this is the 'North' way.
