Loved some of his efforts in that last quarter. He’ll get a lot from that.

Has to stay in all year if he keeps playing like that. A class above our other depth players
Kolo and j Henry give us a lot more options in the ruck - it frees up blitz and SDK if requiredCOS is doing outstandingly for a guy with less than 10 games but I agree he's not s brute physically and can get outbodied as can sdk. They need 3rd man in help and didn't get enough of it. If Stewart gets fit and Henry gets back it will help.
The ruck situation is still a massive issue though.
Good photo of the "trip"
All of King, Dunstall, Lyon and Jack Riewoldt making an embarrassment of themselves as usual on live TV is the perfect way to savour a gutsy Geelong win. That was as one-sided barracking as you could get from a bunch of flogs.

Carlton losing too was good (though why the **** couldn't we do that to them!)What an amazing night.
- Geelong win a thriller.
- Labor win in a landslide.
- Dutton loses his seat.
- David King loses his s**t.
Can't stand Gary Lyons biased commentary. He loves when we're losingWow. Looked rough for awhile. Who saw that coming, especially when they said “looks like Cats down by 40.” Suckers! What a 4th!
Not so sure , he was clearly trying to hold the ball to kill the clock. But plenty of decisions went against us vs Carlton so swings and roundabouts.Amazing that in all the sooking about umpiring there was none that there is no world in which Blicavs should be paid HTB against him in that scenario. No prior, very simple.
It was definitely HTB. He made no attempt to dispose of the ball. That should be HTB every single time. I was impressed that the umpire had the stones to call it in such a big moment.Amazing that in all the sooking about umpiring there was none that there is no world in which Blicavs should be paid HTB against him in that scenario. Stanley if fit is our best option. It does but i don't think sdk is up to it against the bigger rucks and it's asking a lot for a 34yo blitz to do it (plus that robs other parts of our structure). I would put someone like Guthrie on the inactive and bring a mature ruck in via the MSD (assuming kreuger isn't getting re-listed by us) but I've said my piece on it and I doubt we will do it
Lol wasn't even sure about this one but I believe Blitz lolDoesn't even know how the rules work!
David King: “One man stood between Collingwood + victory. I should say, four men in green + one with #35. Jack, it’s a factor! It’s a factor! They got 14 of the last 18 free kicks.” Blah, blah, blah. “But Collingwood were hard done by in that last 12 minutes of football.”

We were protecting the deeper entry which I don't mind tbhGood fight back from mid 3rd quarter to late in the 4th. It was a bit disappointing that, when it seemed we'd gained ascendancy and momentum, we seemed to slack off. It was amazing that we didn't have players back to negate the final forward entry. Our defence overall was so slack in the last five minutes.
