How refreshing to see an actual balanced review of what occured rather than the repeated drivel from the usual cry babies with the emotional intelligence of 5 year olds.

In - Wardlaw, Archer

Out - McKercher, Tucker
On the Jy turnover, I was spewing on this one because it absolutely killed the teams confidence. I don’t think it was the turnover that was bad (it was) but the casual effort on the kick. Jy had no intensity on the kick, just casually tried to pop it over, not giving due respect to the defender, showing his team mates the Suns were more willing to do the 1%er while our captain thought it would be easy. It totally deflated the group.

It summed up many patches of the game where we just didn’t work hard enough at the little things.

I’ll take either. Was going Will, but would take Kallan.

I see it being the more skilled, can tackle better and equally as fast as our other half back deadshits that we have too.

Yeah, seeing him get his high disposals is great. But his lack of speed, inability to physically split a contest is really starting to piss me off. Passing it off to a Stephens or Tucker that creates a link of frantic haphazardness which turns into a turnover.

Sheezel or McKercher could have presented a better case for his role so far this year. Shit, even fisher. So I’ll take bench, and he can use that ‘experience’ to help us stay in games ‘longer’ as Clarko pointed out
Good call. I agree with this.

The problem is that he was brought to the club to play off half back and I wonder how this will sit with him.

(Deep in the bowels of Arden Street, Kangaroos4eva has Wardlaw strapped to a chair shovelling Kikuyu down his throat)
Warlord is on something, not sure it’s grass. More likely something quite the opposite to grass.

The future of many professionals at North may come down to this game.

Continue swinging the axe I say and breath f*cking fire:

Archer - Corr - McDonald

Stephens - LDU - FOS

Simpkin - Darling - Sheezel
Konstanty - Larkey - Curtis

Xerri - Wardlaw - Parker

Powell - Phillips - Duursma - Pink

S:Fisher

Out: Tucker, McKercher, Logue, Zurhaar

In: Wardlaw, Pink, Archer, Phillips

I didn't realise you were allowed to step off your mark and jump like Noble did. Pretty sure if the opposite thing happened it would have been a 50 against Jy.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't blow things up.

Out: McKercher
In: Wardlaw

Logue should be dropped for Pink, but he won't.

I'm not sure about sub. Tucker doesn't suit but no one else really makes sense, as Hardeman should start.
Every week of games into Logue makes it less likely he gets dropped as he needs games at any level.

You're right but the club is wrong. We're treating the AFL like a fat camp.
Personally, I agree and said as much when he had the hamstring. You do have to wonder how much the VFL schedule played into it and possibly some awareness that with major changes last off season we were probably not going to fully hit our straps for at least several weeks into the season.

Who cares. I'll be attending the game but with very low interest. Emotional investment isn't worth it right now.

This is an epic explanation

“Flawed Genius of Arabia”
Forgive us if we skip the “arrested and” err ”internally searched” “at Adelaide” section

There needs to be a bare minimum standard that you chase and pressure and never give up on a contest - no matter if you’re LDU or if you’re the new kid. Everyone puts in.

IN: Wardlaw Archer Pink Phillips Teakle

George and Jacko come back. Toby is limited but puts in. As is Will but at least he looks like he gives a ****. Xerri needs a chop out against 2 rucks so Teakle has to play X is cooked

OUT: McKercher OUT: Corr OUT: Logue OUT: Tucker OUT: Powell

-Colby can **** off until he learns to go when it’s his turn.
-Corr had 3 turnovers and gave away 2 free kicks. Crap from a so called leader.
-Logue had 3 turnovers and gave away 5 freekicks ffs.. he needs to go and he can **** off back to Perth if he’s just here for a pay check.
-Tucker this man’s a mercenary and only here for a super boost as well and I can’t stand footballers like this.
-Powelly and I am officially off him. Fraud of a footballer, he was jogging and legitimately taking the piss out there. I can’t believe how badly his form has dropped away.

Comben is the other on thin ice who is also playing like dogshit.

B: McDonald Pink Archer
HB: FOS Comben Daniel
C: Stephens Davies-Uniacke Simpkin
HF: Kostanty Darling Parker
F: Curtis Larkey Zurhaar
R: Xerri Sheezel Wardlaw
I: Duursma Phillips Teakle Hardeman
S: Fisher

I know the majority want Hardeman to get a full game and I was disappointed he was sub to begin with.

I thought he was totally average when he came on.
Looked like he was moving in quick sand and his defensive efforts to tackle to stop a goal was piss poor.
No excuses when you’re sub to not be nailing those or sprinting your heart out.

He didn’t push hard enough back off the mark.

It is Jy’s error and it is representative of a team to lazy to do the basics of football.

He does that and it does not matter what Noble does.

Brereton nailed this last year - we do not take care of the football!!

We work so hard to get it, and then give it up so easily.

Our defence is fine. It is scores on turnovers that cost us because everyone has run forward to provide options (as required).

I find it funny people call for Powell head yet laud Philips who is less effective and jogs around more.
Phillips has gone back to the 2’s and he has been in the bests since he was dropped. That’s all you can ask. Tom needs to do the same. That’s all we can do right now, reward good form and demote poor form

Here is some try at a team:

Daniel Corr Archer
Fisher Logue LMac
FOS Wardlaw Stephens
Zurhaar Darling Parker
Curtis Larkey Sheezel
Xerri LDU Simpkin
Konstanty Hardeman Powell Duursma Comben

Maybe ... but it still should have been a 50 leading to a shot on goal.

The umps shouldn't just stop playing to the rules of the game because someone didn't go back far enough off their mark.
