People want Worrell to replace Hamil, Worrell is 11 cm taller. Is this too tall with McAsey being called on?

Hamill out, Worrell in
Rowe out, Newchurch in
Himmelberg out, Berry in

Worrell is the 2nd tall allowing Doedee to play intercept again
Himmelberg unlucky, but we lack another mid so Berry in
Rowe has had 6 games, time to let Newchurch have a few in a Row.
Lynch out, MacKay as sub.

FB: Doedee, Butts, Brown
HB: McPherson, Worrell, Smith
C: Sholl, Keays, Seed
HF:Schoenberg, Thilthorpe, McHenry
FF: McAdam, Walker, Newchurch
RUCK: O'Brien, Laird, Hately
INT: Kelly, Murphy, Fogarty, Berry
SUB: MacKay
Would keep Berg in who can pinch hit in the ruck or cover ROB if he went down. Would bring Berry in for Hately and look at dropping a small such as McHenry for another mid. If Sloane is fit I would bring him in for McHenry or Fogarty. O'Connor may be another option to come in with Berry for Hately and McHenry/Fogarty. McHenry with 2 kicks and 6 handballs not doing enough. Fogarty 5 kicks and 4 handballs. One needs to go.

Out:
Hamill (inj)
Himmelberg - had an alright game but we were too tall, one has to go and it aint gonna be tex or TT.. and Fog is still doing his mid/forward trial which I am happy to see them persist with for the rest of the season.
Mcpherson - give him a run in the seconds to find some polish
Rowe - needs to work on his game in the sanfl

In:
Worrell for hamill - worrell can play talls and smalls, has speed and takes the game on. Get him in.
Newchurch for Rowe
A small/medium forward/mid for himm
McAsey or another option for mcpherson depending on how many talls GWS look to have..

we’re rebuilding and McAsey was pretty bloody good yesterday if we are being honest so if we need a second tall KPD we should bring him in... nothing to lose.

Hamill rolled ankle.... Could be available.

His AFL performances have been ummm underwhelming as have his SANFL performances until showing something against the cellar dwellers Centrals midget forward line yeaterday doesn't give me any confidence.

Yet Murray should come in? Looked all at sea against that same Centrals forward line.

McAsey in, McPherson out is the obvious one to fix our defensive structure.

Doedee can move to McPherson's medium role.

McPherson needs to go to the twos and practice tackling with his body, not this arms length handsies stuff.
I know he hurt his ribs but yeah, looked all at sea trying to "tackle"

Why Berg and not Fog?

While Fog hasnt been performing great, he is a dead eye in front of goals and a work in progress in the middle. Having TT and EH reduces Fogs time forward. I dont think all three of EH, TT and Walker can play forward. Perhaps TT can go to a wing in time.

Murray is the obvious one and he'd have a bit to prove against his old mob.
To be honest, 2 weeks ago I would have said Murray, But after watching Sat game, McAsey clicked and show strong glimpse's on why the Crows selected him,
What impressed me the most was his 2nd and 3rd efforts, and he's reading the play. he close to being ready to go,

Murray will be here next year, are you taking bets on McAsey being a Crow in 2022?

Don't think you'll have too much trouble finding takers to cover that bet.

Will Murray be here next year? He's out of contract and was picked in the SSP

Can I ask what do you have against Hately, he deserves more than one game, and his ceiling at this time is higher than Berry.

We might, but that doesn't detract from the fact he was MUCH better than Murray

Fox Footy laughing at Lynch who didn't even have his kit on changing down in the changerooms and chugging down pain killers. Didn't even get brought up by the reporters in Nick's presser apparently. Embarrassing stuff.

The AFL will surely ask what we were doing.

Na you play talent, even if he going leave at this time he worth a 2nd round pick, Play him and he will get us a 1st rd pick if he goes.
Crows are rebuilding,

MacPherson, Hamill and Rowe out. Lynch too

McAsey, Newchurch, Worrell in.

We need a second KPD. Doedee was exposed today because of this. MacPherson is struggling. Kelly is not.

Hamill. Injured. I want to see Worrell play. Not really like for like, but he looks good.

Out of our small forwards I reckon he is the one struggling the most. Also, stop directing play if you cant get involved. Newchurch, not setting the world on fire in Reserves. But give himba go inba development year. Our side needs pace. Saw today what can happen with footspeed in Jiath.

Have to work Berry in as well.

I thought Fog actually did some good things around stoppage.

You can't say ok let's try you in a new role and then only give him 3 games. He's progressing. Might click soon.
