You can’t play all of Coff Buss Buku and JoDI would like to see Buss in and Lobb as forward/ruck full time.

Most weeks I’d agree but assuming Walker doesn’t challenge his suspension they’ll still have Thilthorpe (201cm), Murray (200cm) and Fogarty (192cm) plus Dawson pushing forward. I think it could work but does limit some flexibility. You can’t play all of Coff Buss Buku and JoD

I dunno if im watching a different player than some on Treloar. Forget he’s an AA Adam treloar for a minute and just evaluate him on face value… I hate to be this harsh but he’s probably the biggest liability running around in the afl. Hes using the ball well but he’s waltzing around in a nothing role, we’re talking 16 PAs and 2 tackles in 3 weeks. Hes a straight up liability
I absolutely love the guy and I was all for giving him another year even if he didn’t play a game, but we can’t carry this. If he can prove at VFL level he can hit full speed and run back & forward consistently I’ll be the first to call for him in. We’re not a ****ing retirement home though, there’s no waiting until he gets up to speed at AFL level which likely isn’t going to happen. We have a lot on the line and this is a professional sport ffs either you’re good enough or you’re not and he’s just not right now
Of course he wants to play and of course he thinks he can play, we’ve put better players out to pasture over the years. Make a decision, look at the margins we’re playing with right now and ask yourself whether it’s okay to carry a single player whose not at the level?
Which ones Buku taking? We saw 2 years ago what Fogarty did to himMost weeks I’d agree but assuming Walker doesn’t challenge his suspension they’ll still have Thilthorpe (201cm), Murray (200cm) and Fogarty (192cm) plus Dawson pushing forward. I think it could work but does limit some flexibility.
Yep 100% he’s got a role to play this year, more than happy to bring him in to replace an inside mid if needed and I’m sure he absolutely will play again this year. But no hiding him on the flank for the sake of it pleaseYeah i'm with you on this. Absolutely love Treloar...
IF he were able to play an inside mid role, say if Kennedy was injured, then I think there is still a spot for him. But with Kennedy in, plus Sanders, plus Libba about to return, that is too many inside mids that we would need to start shoving into other positions that don't suit them. Treloar hasn't attended any CBAs the last 3 weeks, at this stage of his career he is an inside mid that is being pushed to half forward / outside mid who can't run or pressure etc to a level we need.
Again, love him and happy to bring him back in if we lose a few inside mids again, but he just doesn't make sense with the current team makeup.
So I gather you are saying Libba in Trealor out in a wordier way. I agreeI dunno if im watching a different player than some on Treloar. Agree. Also means Buku can focus on intercepting which is what he does best.I was thinking Khamis could potentially go back to playing on a small/medium to squeeze in another tall and allow Budarick to focus more on offence. Taking pressure off of Dale.
Who is expected to be in and out for Crows this week. They had no Rankine and Tilthorpe this week and couple of injuries I think. This may also dictate our selections this week
Walker got suspended but they are appealing. It's the action they are trying to stamp out though.Who is expected to be in and out for Crows this week. They had no Rankine and Tilthorpe this week and couple of injuries I think. This may also dictate our selections this week

How is nank getting dropped after his performance? He was 1 of their best in the defensive 50 after half time. Was there to clean up when the ball hit the deck and covered ground. What many think will happen:
Keane (or Nick Murray) in for Butts
Rankine in for Ah Chee
Thilthorpe in for Tex
Pedlar or Hinge in (possibly) for Nankervis
I’m with you on this. It’s been clear for weeks that he’s become a total liability defensively. It’s not just about the lack of pressure acts, it’s that they don’t have any intent behind them. Teams know they can just run straight past him or shrug him off because they know there's no real tackle coming. We’re in a spot where we can't afford to be carrying players who get bypassed that easily.I dunno if im watching a different player than some on Treloar.
