It's all good, no need to panic. We have some good talent coming back in and we have an 8 day break. The lads did well winning 3 games out of 4 in 18 days. Keep the faith

Would have played if he didn't get on the piss with the boys. He would wanna have played well

Any more details on this? Thought there was a reason Goody didn't take the form players into the Swans game

Exactly. Hogan is a massive in, as is Gawn having another week on the track. Will be a little light through the middle, but Oliver/Lewis/Trengove/Petracca is still a decent mix at the clearances.

Out: Wagner, White, Viney, Bugg, Tyson
In: Smith, Kennedy (or Trengove), Hogan, Kent(or Jeffry if fit), Maynard

The midfield is starting to look lighter on, whilst slower than in their prime the Bern and Lewis are still exceptional footballers.

I'd love Smith to tear it up. I've got $50 on him for RS at like $150 to 1. I'm hoping if he can get a nod it'll crunch to $20s and I''ll cash it out.

Time for break-in-case-of-emergency for me - Lewis and Vince to the midfield, full time. We don't have the depth.

B: Jetta OMac Frost
HB: Hunt TMac Hibb
C: Stretch Lewis Vince
HF: Petracca Hogan Melksham
F: Garlett Pedersen Hannan
R: Gawn Oliver ANB
INT: Harmes Maynard Smith JKH

OUT: Viney, Wagner, White, Bugg, Tyson
IN: Maynard, JSmith, JKH, Garlett, Hogan

Agree with all the changes you have made. Give Maynard a go as inside mid. Lewis, its time to earn that pay cheque.

Stretch is the one who im expecting to step up, he was amazing for us in the backend of last year. Time to regain that form and become the player we hoped he would be for us in 2017. Make him a full time wingman for the next 4 weeks.

Within there, both and Watts are in the mix, need to train tomorrow and Friday to prove their fitness.

Interesting on Watts, given he'd ruled himself out on Friday, but I guess they're less inclined to play it safe with him now that we're missing so many players.

Heard a whisper that Watts was the mystery player out last weekend with the Ken's and Spencer. Perhaps he was supposed to serve a club suspension this week but they have changed their mind due to the injury crisis?

Be very strange if watts played after effectively ruling himself out on Friday night.
Yeah, I'm certainly not getting my hopes up ... but the state of our injury list has probably forced our hand to abandon our usual propensity to be overly cautious with injuries. We'll see I guess.

I'd be disappointed if we took risks with soft tissue injuries like this. Would rather him miss two more than risk missing the rest of the year.

Well at least we might get some semblance of a forward line back, although with Carlton's 16 man defence it might not matter too much.
