I Waa staying the same weight until I started to count under 2000 calories a day and went from drinking a fair bit of Pepsi to no Pepsi Max and equal, that's all I did and I've gone from 100kgs to 89kgs ATM.
Why do you drink Pepsi do you think? Was it the caffeine that your body craved?

No doubt alcohol can have a negative mental toll when alcohol is consumed in excess, poor decisions are made, regrets, hangovers etc, but I also think it can be a nice release at the end of the day.

On Saturday night I had 5-6 stubbies in front of a fire on top of my hill by myself whilst listening to old Icehouse tunes. I finished drinking and then meditated for 30 minutes. Returned to the family as fresh as a daisy.

Alcohol are just wasted excess calories however. I really love my grog and have experimented with drinking whilst exercising. Previously myself and a like-minded friend used to complete Squat (legs) sessions whilst drinking OP rum mixed with a small amount of ginger beer. It was good for 6-7 sets but went downhill after that.
Very disappointing post BD.
