marbo would get hammered in a grade. At the momment they have some really good players, that only went to b grade so they didnt have to train and play every week. In a grade they would need more of a commitment. You cant have guys like Zerafa and Weston just showing up when they feel like it. Ever game for a new side in a grade is a losable game. And im not sure if Marbo have the potential to raise anymore money. I think they would already be stretched to the limit.

Thats the good thing about cragieburn in a grade, their resources if wisely used are almost unlimited.

Never said they wouldnt be allowed in A grade, just improve the facilities. Although aussie dude makes a good point, teams like ek and avondale have pretty bad facilities, cragieburn away rooms are terrible as well!

Never have, never did son! Anything can happen during the footy season, west coburg can't clearly play four quaters of footy.
If they are to win it, they have to play four quaters....simple!
On the other hand....West are really just a team of no names that gel together well, money can't buy happiness champ as everyone would know and quiet clearly it can't buy you a FLAG!

If you ask me and for my opinion, What do you get out of buying players mid year......Nothing because they are only there for the coin and come finals time......they all go missing when it gets alittle hard

Agree Schimma20, but at the end of the day the past is the past and can only move forward. Winter is a gun in my opinion and Budge was just beaten by a better player on the day.

Totally agree with you eagle one, l can tell you from the my point of view we rate every team in the comp, anything can happen on any given day!
I have always said and will continue to repeat myself.....for west coburg to come any where near there best and beat these other teams they will have to work harder than any other team in the top 5 in my opinion.

yes that is correct. Doutta Stars Cricket club is scum along with there cousin next door Buckley Park cricket club. Both deserve each other

I played junior cricket for Douttas, it would have to be one of the best setups around Victoria in terms of developing and getting the best out of kids. No bad eggs in the junior setup let me tell you! As soon as i finished juniors there i left (couple of years ago now) because of the way some of the seniors acted, not all, as i said before, just the 2 or 3. The junior footy club ran in a very similiar fashion from all reports. Maybe its just a problem at senior level within the club?

Been told of the hatrid rivallary between keilor and douttas for footy too. Apprantly one night they waited for every person in the rooms associated to Douttas to leave before letting rip on them! And it wasnt pretty what was said!

My Tips:
Greenvale by maybe 2 or 3 goals tops.
Douttas by 4 goals, but you cant rule out keilor on its day.
Oak Park by a goal.
East Keilor to get up somehow vs Cragieburn.
Keilor Park to knock off Abers by 6 goals.
